today was seriously screwed.my alarm didnt ring so i had to rush and yes i made uncle philip wait again.gosh.and my body is still damn stiff.its not from pft.its just super stiff.i couldnt turn my neck this morning.so annoying.i seriously hate this week man.2.4 today was crapp.i did like 12.58 min.yeah sure its an A but its like what the hell.trial i did 12.27 min.so annoying.why?cos my body was so stiff and like my shoe lace came off half way and my ankles started acting up.note ANKLES.but then after the run my right hurt.it was swallon.so sick.its the vein luh.but still gross.i had to ice my foot.yesterday my mom had to help me massage my back and it wasnt goof for me man.she rubbed one part then another part will hurt too):im seriously in pain.my throat muscle hurts too.and like uhm,i really had a bad day.after my ankle thing,life science dragged on and then i found out that i had to take public transport with my horrible ankle.walking out of school i dropped my life science file and the papers all came out.in the bus i nearly fell like 5 times?and one of those times i stepped on some guys toe and he wore slippers.gosh so embarrassin luh.i had no where to sit until like 2 stops away from ps.at ps some old lady kept throwing up.i was like a bit stunnedO.o im sorry!but yeah then on the bus i was super tired.i wanted to sleep but then i kept waking up at every stop cos of the dumb bell.im really so tired now.bad week bad week.GAHH MY ANKLE HURTS NOW.and i have no shampoo now so i have no choice but wait for my maid to come back with it and i really want a shower.gosh.luckily saturdays coming.well i nearly died during 2.4.tomorrow im afraid of having no transport back cos i have tuition.and i dont wanna take public transport again.my back was aching from carrying my bag and tomorrow will be the same if i take a bus from school.im worn out.
